Royal Melbourne Hospital Ambulatory Care Unit

Ensuring sensitivity around hospital operations

SHAPE  was engaged by the Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) for the creation of a new ambulatory care unit, including consulting suites, a reception area and associated services. The client wanted to maintain the operational environment, requiring SHAPE to ensure sensitivity around hospital patients that were receiving treatment near the construction works. We used our business continuity skills to deliver this client request and ensure patient care wasn't compromised.
