Space solutions for additional tenants

Gwynvill Properties engaged SHAPE  to provide a base build upgrade to 166 William Street, as well as a building extension that converted the rooftop into an additional lettable space to attract a new tenant.

Part of the way through the refurbishment, a tenant was secured for the space. SHAPE  focused on managing the balance between client requirements and tenant requirements, in order to satisfy the original client brief and ensure a successful and relevant space for the new tenant.

Due to the prevalent nature of the site position, safety was a huge focus on this project, requiring SHAPE  to apply additional safety methods to ensure the wellbeing of surrounding pedestrians and traffic.
