Seamless building upgrade

Having delivered many projects for client Charter Hall previously, SHAPE was selected to complete the 300 LaTrobe Street lobby upgrade and amenities with high expectations for business continuity.

With a client brief requiring no disruption to normal building operations, SHAPE  drew on our demonstrated previous experience to implement hoarding, an out of hour's noisy works schedule and staging programme. The result was an upgraded lobby that provides a modern entrance for tenants and visitors and was delivered quietly and efficiently.
