High-end finishes enhance forecourt and lobby space

Collins Place required an extensive fitout to their forecourt and lobby area to the 35 Collins building. The client wanted the fitout to incorporate high-end finishes to enhance the space and attract new long term tenants. The key client value was to ensure minimal disruptions to the tenants occupying the space for the duration of the project. SHAPE  successfully achieved this key client value, delivering a high quality outcome to the client to start immediate leasing of the new tenancies within 35 Collins Place.
