SHAPE was appointed to deliver the base building upgrade for Arena Property Investment at 600 St Kilda Road, Melbourne. SHAPE was engaged after successfully completing Stage 1 of the works within the building. Based on prior experience, the client knew SHAPE would deliver a high quality and modern space within the required timeframe. The upgrade included painting to the external building, upgrading the main lobby area and creating a new paved area and garden at the front of the building.
